Overview 
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport also known as Sea-Tac Airport, is located in SeaTac, Washington at the intersections of State Route 518, State Route 99 and State Route 509. It serves Seattle, Washington and Tacoma, Washington as well as the Seattle metropolitan area and western Washington state. The airport has service to many destinations throughout North America, Europe and East Asia. It is also a focus city for Northwest Airlines.

A study of passengers last year found the percentage of travelers spendmore than 2 hours in the terminal, and this duration is steadily increasing. 

There is a spectacular new Central Terminal Area with high-end retail shops, fine quality restaurants featuring local and regional cuisine, wine bar and spa services - all offering passengers an interesting variety of activities while waiting for flights.
