Silicon Maps?

The year 2012 is our twentythird year in business. Silicon Maps began publishing the Silicon Valley Map & Calendar in 1989. The map, featuring the logos and locations of leading Silicon Valley companies, quickly became an industry favorite, sought-after by high-tech companies and enthusiasts alike.

As we expanded our operations to include high-tech maps of other regions, such as Austin, TX; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ; and Southern California.

We also began charting the bioscience industry with the original Bioscience West Map and Calendar, dipiciting the leading bio-tech and pharmaceutical companies in California.

The maps are enjoyable because they are detailed and colorful. The maps promote industry awareness as well as recognition of these successful regions.

Silicon Maps continues to produce these maps on an annual basis. Last year, we began installing our maps in large, lighted signs in popular international airports. Added to the hundreds of thousands of posters printed each year, the airport campaign has brought industry awareness to an even larger audience than we ever expected.

We are thrilled to have published our series of maps for the year 2010,- the first decade of the new millenium- along with a couple of new projects for 2010, the Bioscience East Map, and the Reno Map.
